5 out of 5 starsThe severe cold weather this week has left millions without power and water. It is a state-wide emergency! After several days without power and the temperature getting in the low teens, I knew I needed to do something fast. I called Hunt Stone and Fireplace and they went right to work. Due to not having power they sent me many texts of designs, and walked me through choosing the best set of gas logs for my fireplace. The very next morning Ryan Hunt showed up to my house ready to go to work. Mind you, Ryan drove up from Lufkin to Nacogdoches on roads not in the best of conditions. Ryan and his coworker (I apologize, I did not catch his name) were so careful but thorough in the installation. They explained everything that they were doing and walked me through how to operate my new set of gas longs. They were in and out under an hour and a half and I had heat! I am so thankful for all of the people at Hunt Stone and Fireplace. They went the extra mile to help a customer in desperate need. What a first class operation! See more See less

About a week later we decided on a certain wood stove and a different location within the house to place it. After putting down a deposit, 2 weeks later the guys showed up to install it. The owner had stated it would take about 4 hours from start to finish. They arrived at 0700 and were done by 1015. The wife and I are impressed by the wood stove and couldn't be happier with the service we got from Hunt Stone and Fireplace. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsThese guys installed a wood stove I purchased online, the price they gave me actually dropped $775 after installing ( I'm assuming they didn't need all the pipe they thought they may need) long story short, they did a jam up job and the crew was in and out in 4 hours. The Workmanship is top notch and would definitely recommend anyone looking to have a wood burning stove installed. See more See less

I went with the one that they recommended based on the square footage of my house, ceiling height, R value of my insulation, etc. what I got was the perfect way to stay warm without having to use my central heat. The level of their experience and professionalism is seldom unpatched. I can attest to the fact that their commitment to nothing less than excellence and customer satisfaction is their main priority.
